My story

　　There’s no place like (your) home!Greetings! I’m Glinda, and I’m a gorgeous 7-year-old terrier mix. I’m not spayed yet and weigh 52 pounds. I was rescued from Mexico and followed the yellow brick road all the way to TAP.  Since then, I have been loving life and getting some much-needed TLC with my foster family.  As far as my health goes, I have Dilated Cardiomyopathy (heart disease) and will need to be on medication for the rest of my life. I enjoy taking naps, getting belly rubs, taking walks, playing with chew toys, and being where my people are.  I love to follow them around the house and be next to them so that I can get loved and cuddled on.   Basically, I’m just a lovable gal who is pretty low maintenance.  Oh, and I love food!  I break into a happy dance every time I get fed.  I have no separation anxiety, and I’m proud to say that I’m house-trained and leash-trained, too!  I am almost completely potty-trained, but once in a while, I do have the occasional accident in the house.   I’d love to live in a mellow household where there is plenty of company.  I LOVE kids and do great around them.  I’m not sure how I feel about cats, though, and while I do just fine around other doggies, I would probably do best as the only pup in the home.  Basically, if you promise to pet and cuddle with me, then I’m your gal!  So, if you think we’d make magic together, let’s meet!My adoption fee is $250 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.
