Gilly 28589's story
Gilly is an 1-year-old female Chocolate Lab mix. Her gorgeous coat is chocolate and she is a very pretty girl. Gilly weighs 47 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized adult dog. Gilly came to PAHS in April as a stray and her owner never came to reclaim her. Shortly after being brought in Gilly had a litter of 7 puppies who are now finding their own homes through PAHS. Gilly has been in a loving foster home (where her puppies were born) since the first of May. Her foster mom has learned lots about what a wonderful girl Gilly is. She is super smart, easy to train, and eager to learn. Gilly is great with other dogs and children of all ages. She's housetrained, crate trained, and very well behaved on a leash. Gilly's personality is sweet and loving; and she is very appreciative of any kindness that is shown to her. Gilly behaves like a lady--she does not bark unnecessarily, doesn't scratch on doors, or have any chewing issues. She is calm and quiet when inside. Gilly is a totally awesome dog who has so much to offer her adopters. Her foster mom would be happy to speak with anyone who is interested in giving Gilly the loving home that she deserves. If you are interested in speaking with Gilly's foster mom for more information please call Carol--.
