My story

　　07/05/22 Gibson was surrendered to the shelter because his previous owners were moving to a place that didn't allow dogs. Gibson is a good dog who is kennel trained, housebroken, rides well in the car and is generally outgoing. He is friendly with adults and strangers, but we don't know how he would do with babies or children. He is said to do ok with bigger dogs, but will growl at little dogs. Here at the shelter he has been such a good boy towards his doggy neighbors! We don't know how he would do with cats, pocket pets or livestock. Gibson has some naughty habits like jumping on people, scratches and digs. He can be both gentle and rough when playing. He would love to go to basic obedience classes to learn some manners. Gibson has been seen by the shelter vet for possible food allergies and had bloodwork ran which came back excellent! We have noticed that Gibson has a sensitivity towards chicken and beef but does well eating a salmon or bison protein based diet.
