Ghost is a handsome young adult male with an amazing personality!
He is outgoing, loves to be petted, and doesn't mind being held on your shoulder.
Ghost gets along well with other cats and is gentle enough to be around young children.
We estimate that Ghost is about two years old.
He is neutered and current on vaccinations.
Ghost was dumped at a feral cat colony and contracted feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) while he was a stray.
The virus means that Ghost's immune system is weaker than usual, but FIV+ cats who are kept as pampered indoor pets often live nearly as long as uninfected cats.
He does not require any special treatment other than regular vet visits and prompt care for any secondary illnesses.
Ghost can share a home with uninfected cats since he is gentle and gets along well with the other cats in our foster program (FIV spreads when an infected cat bites an uninfected cat deep enough to break the skin).
You can read more about FIV here:

Since Ghost is classified as "special needs," his adoption fee has been waived for approved applicants!
Ghost is ready and waiting for you to add him to your family.
