　　As an owner-surrender, Rah experienced inappropriate handling, which led to the development of an overprotective demeanor. The good news is that he has blossomed, within our facility, into an exceedingly nice and obedient fellow! He follows instruction well, even off leash, and is good with dogs of all sizes and cats. He is 2 years old, house-trained and a dark sable in color. Rah is looking for a friend who will consistently dole out stability and correct handling techniques.
