　　Lia is a four year old intelligent, athletic, beautiful and sweet female who is waiting for her forever family . Through no fault of her own she has found herself homeless twice. The first time a new baby arrived so her family took her to a shelter. Then her second family moved away and decided not to take her with them. She became a long term resident at the kennel but then a foster family rescued her and decided it was time to help her find her forever home. Here's what her foster mom has to say about this beautiful girl. Lia needs a person or persons with strong and solid leadership. Someone who will be consistent with her on what they want her to do. She is extremely obedient and very affectionate and loves people. She walks very well on a leash, knows her commands, is housebroken and does not dig or chew. She is also crate trained and will sleep in her crate at night. She does love the water and with a little encouragement will go swimming.
