　　Higgins is a friendly boy who is thrilled to be part of the GSROC family. He quickly made friends with all the people in the lobby and happily gave kisses to his new pals. He had been left in a scary shelter and was worried about his future. He rides very well in the car, he just settled down for the long ride with no complaints.
