My story

　　Gerdy is a sweet little pocket hippo who had a rough start to life. She spent her first six months in an abusive home and the year after that outside full time. Because of this she is slower to trust - but once she does she is all happy grunts and playful nudges for pets. She is mostly potty trained - with a regular routine and no long periods at home she has no accidents, and she is crate trained and enjoys sleeping there (she knows the word "bedtime"!)Gerdy will need a home willing to be understanding of her history and go slow in the beginning. She definitely has a big personality in her little body and over time you'll get to see that she's a diligent Squirrel Patrol Agent, has lots of opinions on dinner time, and loves to be scratched behind the ears.Gerdy is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and microchipped.
