Comes with new, sealed filter, Model FXHTC, which has a capacity of 30,000 gallons. Filter can be found online for $27.00. This unit includes a magnetic remote sensor, installation instructions, and canister wrench. This box has been opened but we never did install it. Unit sells for $66.48 at Home Depot and filter sells for $31.97 at Home Depot.
