　　Tower does not come with monitor, mouse, or keyboard.

　　Also case has two usb 3.0 ports built in but the motherboard did not have a connection for these so they are non-functional.

　　If you later upgrade the motherboard, you might have a place to plug them in.

　　Please note that Windows rates computers on a scale from 1.0 to 7.9.

　　Most computers in the 7.9 category run upward of 4 grand.

　　This computer registers a 5.1 which is at the high level of mid.
