Frida's story

　　Hi,

　　Frida here! I came to Arizona by way of Texas where I was surrendered to the shelter there. Some nice people came to the shelter and said I was going to go on a road trip. We were in the car for a really long time. Actually, a lot of cars. Each time I got moved to a new car, the nice people said I was going to Arizona and would get to live in a house and not a cage!

　　After what seemed like FUR-ever (hehe), we finally got to our destination. There were a lot of people gathered, and each person took one of the dogs home! My foster mom says that I will stay with her for a while until I find my fur-ever home. I live with two other beagles and get along great with them. I am a lot younger, though, and I have a LOT of energy. I wear them out and still have more energy to spend.

　　I get to go on several long walks a day and love to play with toys. I am a bit of an escape artist. I scared my foster mom on my first day because I decided to explore and hopped over the back fence (5.5 feet tall!). Needless to say, she doesn't let me go outside anymore without being on a leash. Bummer! But, if you're looking to me by fur-ever home, tall fences are a must to keep me safe.
