My story

　　The sweetie who will add some spice to your life!Hey there, hoomans! My name is Frank— as in Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. Even though my name might make me sound like a spicy fella, I’m actually the opposite. I’m a kid, dog, and people-friendly guy, so it’s safe to say that I’m pawsitively sweet! I’m a 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel mix, weighing in at 25 pounds. I have been fixed already. I was rescued alongside the rest of my hot sauce friends when The Animal Pad went for a visit to their partner shelter in Ensenada. I was in a home meant to be furever, but it didnt work out for us. Now, I am waiting again...Everyone who meets me raves about my irresistible personality! I’ve been described as being a combination of playful and outgoing as well as gentle and affectionate. I’m pretty much the best of both worlds! I do have a fairly independent streak about me. I enjoy being by my hoomans, going on car rides, snuggling on the couch occasionally. I get along very well with other doggos and love to play. I’ve also been toddler-tested, so it’s safe to say I like kiddos too! I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure about them.On top of my sweet disposition, I’m a smart guy! I am good with bathroom and leash training, have great recall and anle to sleep in my crate all night. I dont have any separation anxiety yet. I do have one naughty thing about me, that I can be nippy with new guests. My foster mama says that I should be trained to greet new people at the door for some desensitization. Once we are friends, we are all good!Because I’m such a mellow man, I’d fit well into just about any home! I really love playing in the yard, so that would be a bonus. However, as long as I get plenty of time outside, I’d be happy in an apartment too. So what do you say? Can I be the sweetie who spices up your life? Let’s meet and find out!
