My cousin found this dog. He found the dog by N. White Rd. He found the dog in December 21,2013. The dog seems to be a maltese mix. He is small in size. Not sure of the breed. But the dog is very friendly. He has a collar with no tags. I would like to find the dog's owner because I don't want my cousin to take the dog to the shelter where he might be put to sleep.
