This is in excellent condition. This is excellent for a younger teen or children, because it is great for slumber parties with the futon having the ability to end up being a bed. The futon being a couch on the bottom defiantly behaves. Does not come with any mattress, so you would have to purchase them by yourself. The top bunk is produced a twin. Sorry for the photos not being the best, did not prepare on selling it up until after we unassembled it. Sorry that there is no image of the futon in couch position. Prepared to negotiate the rate.
