Flounder's story
Flounder is a young, sweet cat who is currently hanging out as an office greeter in our front offices. Flounder has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a disorder where the cerebellum of the brain has not fully formed. His symptoms are jerky movement, wobbly uncoordinated walking, and head bobbing. His disorder hasn't slowed him down though! He has learned to compensate for his condition and will have a normal lifespan. Flounder still enjoys strolling around, playing with toys, eating plenty of treats, and being petted. Flounder would love to be adopted or to live in a foster home. Please contact us at [email protected] to learn more or stop by to visit him at our shelter! We are open Wednesday-Friday 1-7pm and Saturday 12-5pm.
