I got this huge honkin' wall-mounted cutter for my company (purchased it made use of) and ended up not needing it as much as I thought I would. I'm offering it for what I paid for it and the extra blades. It's a Fletcher 3000, unsure how old, but these things offer for over $3000 brand-new. Absolutely nothing is wrong with it and it's good to go, when you (and another individual) mount its heavy heft on the wall. Included is whatever blades I have for it, which I think is the majority of a pack of mat cutter blades and a complete pack of plastic cutter blades. I haven't changed the glass cutter wheel but it works fine.
Note: these devices do not cut the beveled window inside the mat where your art shows through. Exactly what this thing does do is greatly cut down on the quantity of time it requires to cut square sheets of glass, plexiglas/etc, or matting. down, properly and precisely. You do not need to measure anything, you simply stick the sheet 'o things on and line its edge up with the built-in measuring scale for how big you really want the cut piece to be, then run the head below the top to cut. It has a hold-down to the left of the head which keeps matting still while you cut and it has a roller for snapping glass/plexi after you've sufficed.
The scale goes to 48" to the left of the blade, 24" to the right, and 60" vertically. This thing is rather heavy and a bear to mount but when it's on the wall, you're in cutting heaven!
