Have two hard cover books of the Flat Belly Diet. One is the original version, mainly geared to women, and one version for men. Both in outstanding condition.

I used this to diet plan a couple of years back and succeeded in loosing 25lbs - although I did not follow it strictly, so did not lose it as quick as their 32 day strategy (however that was ok with me). I liked a great deal of their ideas and still utilize them in my overall eating pattern today. Just do not need/use the books any longer.
