This was Fender's first modeling bass amp - it has multiple effects, lessons, etc. built in. You can play along with drum tracks (or other tracks you input) and change keys, speed, etc. for practice (see the description card on the top). You can also just use it as a 30 watt bass amp.
I pulled it out of storage a few weeks ago where it sat since I bought it when new. It was never plugged in until I did it after pulling out of storage to make sure it works (it doesn). Multiple manuals, programming instructions, etc. can be downloaded online (I can send you the links). Here's the archived description from Sweetwater, MSRP was $399 when new.

Fender has replaced it with newer modeling bass amps, but none of them have the practice and lesson functionality this one did. Perfect for a beginner/learner, or just someone who wants a relatively compact 30 watt amp.
