I was told she is 8 or 9yrs old.

When the previous owners had her I was told she was completely bald from stress and neglect. And she’s growing her feathers back out. Truthfully I got her thinking I was really going to get into it and I was wrong. She needs someone who can handle and care for her who knows what they are doing. She is a good little bird don’t get me wrong, she is a character. But she’s just not for me.
