Incredible sounding classical guitar--vintage tone, very woody and sweet, with great volume, responsiveness, and balance. Top quality Brazilian rosewood back and sides, with very straight grain, and spruce top. Built in 1966, just a couple of years after Manzanero left the Ramirez shop. It has a few crack repairs that are perfectly stable--center seam in the top behind the bridge and a 2nd hairline crack behind the bridge near the treble end, and a long crack in the back that has been glued and cleated. 660m scale and 54mm nut. This is one of the best sounding guitars I've owned. I'm only selling it because of my preference for a narrower nut. Comes with a hardshell case. I've owned 4 Manzanero guitar and met him in his shop in Madrid a few times. He was a real gentleman and guitar afficiando. This is definitely the best of the 4. It is discounted because of the crack repairs but plays like a dream and sounds beautiful. Check out the video for a sample, recorded with no effects or processing.
