Looking for a running partner? Felix is a sweet boy, that has lots of energy. He was in a home with kids and did great. They did not have cats so we do not know how he is with them. Felix was surrendered due to the owners not having time to give Felix the energy releases he needs. He has been waiting for a home of his own since 8/13/19.
