Fairy Family's Bubbly Vinney's story

　　Vinney is ready to mosey on into a home of his own and spend some play time with his peoples. He's a super sweet albeit shy at times 3.5 month old Papilllon / Chihuahua mix puppy that weighs around 12 pounds now and could be upwards of 24 pounds. Still small but not tiny. Vinney is a perfect pup for almost any household. Vinney will do best with an adopter that can continue to help him gain confidence. Vinney and his siblings were released to our rescue because the family could not afford upkeep, but they were always loved by them and then by their foster family who is sad but ready for them to find their own homes.
