I have 3 resistance bands made by Perform Better. I made use of these to help rehab a torn shoulder and no longer need them. They are in wonderful condition without and damage or defects.

　　Light (Yellow): 5-14 lbs.

　　Heavy (Red): 12-31 lbs.

　　Extra Heavy (Blue): 14-34 lbs.
