Everly's story

　　So, I wasn't planning on meeting Everly this week, BUT I took him out to switch kennels, as he and the dog next to him were stressing each other. I expected him to be a little cray cray, but nope- Everly just walked calmly down the line towards the door. How could I say no to pictures at this point?! Everly is actually a pretty cool dude! He walks great on the leash and already knows "sit" He LOVES his toys! He does get a bit jumpy with them, so if he goes to a home with kids, school age and up would probably be best.

　　Everly did well overall with the other dogs during his group eval. He's classified as a rough & rowdy player and can be a little overbearing with his greetings to other dogs. If your dog at home needs a buddy and sounds like they might fit with Everly, bring them in for an intro!

　　You can meet 6 yr old Everly at the MCAC West shelter at 2500 S. 27th Ave., Phx. Hours are 11-6 Mon-Fri and 11-5 Sat & Sun. Everly's $25 adoption fee includes neuter, rabies certificate and County license.
