My story
At 2-years-old, Everlee has had some challenges to overcome, and she is so ready for a life full of love and snuggling. In early October, Everlee was found lying on the side of the road by a kind, caring passerby. She was scared, withdrawn, and resisted walking. She was immediately brought to CAHS.This sweet, girl was infested with fleas and was limping on her right front limb. Radiographs identified multiple fractures in her foot. It was determined that Everlee's front leg must be amputatedThis adorable girl is an amazing, resilient dog and is adjusting to her new normal as a tripod. As she continues to recover and heal, Everlee is able to enjoy short walks outside. But some of her favorite things continue to be butt scratches, treats, and giving lots of doggy smooches. If you have a spot in your heart for this wonderful lady, stop by and meet her today. Are you on the fence about adopting?
