My story

　　In addition to his good looks, Everest has a wonderful demeanor and loves the big and little dogs in his foster home! They lounge together and also enjoy play time in the fenced yard. Our best estimate on his age is 2 years but because we have no history on him, that is only a guess. Everest showed up at his foster mom's house and began hanging out with her dogs. It became clear that he was either lost or abandoned but we are pretty sure he was someone's dog because he beautful white coat was sparkly clean and his manners were gentle and respectful. In the house, Everest likes to nap on the comfy dog beds or on the couch where he is welcome. At night he will sleep contently in the crate but he will not enjoy long periods of being crated. Because Everest loves other dogs (especially the younger, bigger one in his foster home) we would like a companion for him or a family who interacts with other dogs frequently. There are two 15 pound female dogs in the house and while Everest is wonderful with them, they are older / smaller and do not like to play. Best guess on Everest's breed is Shepherd / Husky.  No cats or chickens for Everest please.
