Etta's story

　　Oftentimes we see people come up to Etta's pen and say, "Awe what a poor girl."

　　Etta is paralyzed from the waist down and most people see it as a limitation. Truth be told, Etta isn't in any pain and clearly by the looks of it a happy go lucky girl. She was hit by a car and ended up at the Bakersfield Shelter. Etta was going to be euthanized and instead Wags and Whiskers stepped in to offer her a second chance at life. Etta has left that experience behind and is ready to move into her forever home. She loves people, kids and other dogs big and small. Etta recently received a wheelchair and is ready to roll right into your heart.
