My story

　　Hi everyone! My name is Estrella (that means "star" in Spanish). I was abandoned at my house as a pregnant mama by my previous owner, after having my second unwanted litter! But, my neighbors were watching out for me and some humans at the Puerto Rico Dog Fund (PRDF) were called in to help me.

　　Enough about my past... let's chat about what I am like now and how we can become besties!

　　I weigh a perfect 17 lbs, the vet said I am in great health, and estimated to be 1 1/2 to 2 years old, I have now received all my vaccinations, and I was spayed in Puerto Rico. In my old hood, the rescue group found me hanging with other dogs and getting along with any humans that wandered over to say hi. I really like to be petted and cuddled and I am GREAT in the car (who doesn't like an adventure?!?!).

　　I have been with two other adult dogs and we LOVE to romp and play.

　　Of course, as the smallest, I have to make sure they know I'm boss so I really celebrate when I win a wrestling match!

　　I would be great with another dog / pack and I could also be an only dog if you committed to keeping me social with walks and doggie dates.I walk nicely on a leash / harness adn love toe meet lots of new people.

　　I currently live with a cool foster family in NJ; I really wag my tail and my whole body shimmies when I visit people. I love attention!
