English Bulldog - Rhino- Adoption Pending! - Medium - Adult

　　I AM PENDING ADOPTION!!!! Hello my name is Rhino and I am a 6 year old Brindle and White English Bulldog. I was surrendered with my brother Hollywood, and before I go any further I must let you know that we are a packaged deal! We are a bonded pair, and will only be adopted out to a family that can love us both! Of the two of us I would say that I am more of the reserved one. I like nothing more then to follow you around and lay on your feet. (Yup I like to lay right on you so that I know you are always close!) For me cuddle time on the couch is the best! But I also do well in public. I love to go to the dog park and watch the other dogs run around while I sit on your feet. I also do well at dog friendly restaurants. Yup you guessed it, I love to sit on your feet and gaze at you lovingly while you eat. My brother Hollywood is the social butterfly who likes to go around and meet new people, but I like to stay close to home. (Although I do not mind the cookies that Hollywood's antics bring me. He is a great brother in that way!) Well enough about my bully personality, on to the wonderful things AHBR has done for me! I had a big problem with an ulcer on my eye when I came to Almost Home. My eye lashes were constantly rubbing against my eye and not letting it heal. There was even talk of me losing my eye due to a perforation, but my lovely vet was able to save it! She was able to tack my lower lid to keep my eyelashes from rubbing the ulcer so it was able to heal! The good news is that I was able to keep my eye, and had etropion surgery so this problem will not happen again! The lovely vet also took care of my skin tags,and toofers! I had to have 12 of them removed,that is right 12! I feel much better now, and I really enjoyed all of the yummy soft wet food after surgery! My Sweetheart of a vet tells me that I have an old cruciate injury, there is nothing we can do to fix it now, and should have glucosamine every day to help with the arthritis. Last but not least on my laundry list of common bully ailments is a luxating patella (it's a slight slipping of my knee, very mild), sigh even when she is checking my knees she is amazing! (Can you tell I have a little crush on my vet?) Okay back to the real world, My Brother and I are kind of rock stars, we are good with other dogs, cats, and children over 10! We are also crate trained, leash trained, house trained. So if you have room in your heart and in your Home for two bully brothers please apply for Rhino and Hollywood!
