I purchased this trailer in June. I have literally use it four (4) times, and has sat safely in the yard. It might only have 1000 miles on it tops, including my pick up from New Jersey. Great trailer for motorcycles, carting cases etc. There are  tie-downs on the inside. All plywood interior. All lights, and the harness, are operable. It is very clean !!! tires are brand new. As an added advantage, tires and fenders are on the outside, making the inside completely flush, so you don’t have that big tire bulge in cargo area. I paid over $5500 for new. I will include ball hitch for your vehicle, with ball hitch lock, and the three locks for the pull down ramp and side door. Also a couple very heavy tie downs
