Elvis's story
Elvis Elvis is a sweet black Labrador retriever mix who was turned in to the shelter by his owner, along with two of his companions. All three of these precious boys are very frightened in the shelter and react to strangers very cautiously and even fearfully at times. Elvis is not as mature as his the white/gray in the hair on his muzzle might make him appear. This pitiful boy is very frightened of everyone at the present, and will need some time to adapt to his change in life circumstances, but hopefully a kind, patient, understanding individual will recognize his potential and give him a chance to have a happy life. There is no stray hold on these boys, so they are available for immediate adoption. The shelter is a noisy, confusing, and depressing place for all dogs, but the ones that have been brought to us by their owners often seem to be the most stressed by being here. Elvis and his brothers are very stressed and need out of the shelter as soon as possible. Please come by the shelter for a visit with Elvis or any of our other adoptable dogs or cats, or call ( if you would like more information about any of them.
