This perfect little mocha face belongs to Eloise aka The Little Engine That Could. She has been places that no 2 year old should be, left behind in "The 5th Ward" of Houston- a dumping ground for animals. Before she was found by our Texas Angel, she most likely was hit by a car and suffered a fractured pelvis and broken back leg. Our poor little girl had little hope left in her until she experienced love and kindness. It was then that Eloise lit up like a Christmas Tree (or Menorah, whichever you prefer). Due to the severity of her injury, she can not bend her leg to sit or jump. That is quite alright because she can stand, lay down and run like a champ- until she gets a bit sore. She has been chugging right along, never says never, won't stop believing. This sweet little chocolate pie has zero resentment and you'll melt in her dreamy driftwood eyes. She wants to be the puppy she never got the chance to be...and she wants to do it with you (yes, you!) She comes fully loaded with shots, spay and her very own team of orthopedic veterinarians to see what options we have to help Eloise with her whoopsie leg.
