Eli's story

　　I don't have a history with dogs, but bring your dog down to meet with me to see how we get along.

　　I don't have a history with cats, but may do well with them with a slow introduction.

　　I don't have a history with children but may do well with them.

　　Happy, huggable, 71 pound Eli is said to love everyone (except cats) and normally has a huge smile on his face. He walks nicely on leash and as someone commented he "likes to walk quickly which is good for getting into shape" because yes, he is somewhat overweight. Eli also knows several commands, including sit and down. He is used to living indoors and reported to be house trained and used to sleeping with his person. Eli does not like to be left alone and will cry or sometimes bark when he is, so a family where he can be with someone all the time would be great in his mind. Overall, he is sweet, gentle, affectionate, well mannered and playful. [kc]
