　　This is a nice couch from 1930s it's in excellent shape. It's elegant, unique and works great for a small living room.

　　This is a great couch and has lasted though many generations so you can count on it holding up for many more and still look great.

　　Conditions:

　　The cushion was originally stuffed with down feathers but for how old it is it was looking pretty spars and not very cushiony so I re-stuffed it with cotton and now it's even more fluffy then before.

　　There are some scratches on the legs if you can see it in the picture but it is soled wood and could easily be touched up with paint.

　　Has a few spots on the back cushion as you can see in picture.

　　The front of cushion has been worn down some, i have tried sewing it the best I could but still could use some tender loving care.

　　WILL TAKE ADD OFF WHEN IT'S SOLD
