My story
Turn Eeyore’s frown upside down!Oh, hi there! My name is Eeyore. Unlike my storybook counterpart, I’m a happy-go-lucky fella! I’m a 3-year-old, 80-pound, German Shepherd mix. I’m a healthy guy and I’m already neutered. I was recently rescued from the 100 Acre Wood, ahem, I mean Tijuana with Pooh, Tigger, and my pals. Life has been a fairytale ever since, but my true happily ever after is with a furever family!I’m a sweet boy who likes people and pooches alike. I need a proper introduction to feel comfortable around other dogs, but once I feel safe, I’m a playful pup! When I’m not playing with my friends, I like going on hikes with my people and nuzzling your hand for some pets! I’m an affectionate guy who loves his family.I have two furry foster siblings and we are best buds. I’m loyal to “team dog” and I’m not the biggest fan of cats. I currently live with two younger hoomans and think they are pawesome! Since I have plenty of energy and can sometimes jump up for hugs, it would be best to stick with older kiddos.I’m totally trained which makes the people very happy! I’ve mastered house, bathroom, and leash training. Talk about the total package! I get a little sad when you leave, but I’ll be sure to greet you with a big smile and wagging tail when you get home!Since I’m such a sweet guy, I’d do well in a variety of families! I’m doing well with other pooches and kiddos and would probably like to be part of a pack. I’m an active pup and would be a great hiking & walking buddy. Even though I like getting out and about, I’m also happy to keep you company at home. I’m a loyal boy through and through! If you want to wipe that frown off make “gloomy” Eeyore’s face, adopt me today! My adoption fee is $350 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.
