Arizona summers are miserable; there's no denying that. And running the AC day and night can get really expensive really fast. This Edgestar portable AC unit is the perfect answer if you want to keep a single room cool without having to spend a fortune to do so. Not only does it feature settings for air conditioning, it also features a setting for heat as well (summer won't last forever, after all). It also features wheels to easily move the unit from room to room. The unit features an extendable hose attachment to draw air from the outside through a window to produce cold air inside. The unit came from a moving sale; it was only used one time. I couldn't find a Btu rating anywhere on it, but it does operate through a 115V grounded plug. Please call or email me with any questions.
