I have 2 sets of electric space heaters (I had bought from ecoheat.com) for sale. These heaters save on electric bill by consuming just 400W (imagine four 100W bulbs) to take care of heating for 1 room (10? x 12?) during winter. In my experience one heater is sufficient to maintain room temperature while the outside temperature is in the thirties (above 30 F). Iowa winters get colder, thus on colder days I used to make it work along with my existing electric furnace system. This relieved a lot of the heating load reducing my electric bill. I was impressed with its performance and thus bought a second set the next year. Later on I moved to house with gas heating which is more economical thus they have been lying around. If you currently have electric heating these heaters would save you a lot.
You can check for details images and video on the following site. They are wall mounted and work on convection (No fan and no moving parts)
