My story
The stunning lady!Hey guys! My name is Echo and I am a 1.5 years old, female, spayed Akita-Shepherd mix, about 85 lbs. I came to TAP as a young girl, needing help and my foster family has been so supportive! I have picked up bathroom training, and still working on my house and leash manners. I have some anxiety troubles and I am working on calming behavior and separation anxiety. I also have some skin issues that are getting better with medicated shampoo baths. I will be spayed soon!I am a youngster with a lot of energy! I definitely do best with strenuous exercise and mental work. I am very sweet, but not a very cuddly dog. I am team 'belly rubs' all day long! I definitely take a few days to open up and start trusting. The past has left some scars but I am working on healing them, please be patient. Walking, hiking, playtimes will be great for building bonds. I have soem leash reactivity and hence, not really hung out with dogs yet. Same goes for kids and kitties.I would love to be a part of an active family with a structured routine, who is committed to training me to be the best gal! I would like a yard to play in and run about in. I would appreciate being the only dog right now. If you think you can provide me a safe and loving space in your home and heart, we should meet! My adoption fee is $400 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/##1204076##
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Echo, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
