Doxi's story

　　Hi there, my name is Doxi and I am a beautiful torbie lady. Torbie means I have stripes, but also some orange. I am real friendly and enjoy being petted all over. Then I purr and purr. Although I am a gentlecat of a certain age, I am active and curious. But I am also gentle and mellow, which makes me fine with young children. Although I have moments when I feel a little shy, I will actually enjoy relaxing on your lap once I get to know you. Unfortunately, my former owner has health issues and could not keep me. Coming here is a big change for a lady of my age. I look forward to finding my forever home and settling in to share affection with my new family.
