　　This cat likely has a condition called `atresia ani with concurrent rectovaginal fistula`. This is when the butt hole is not open, but there is a hole coming from the colon entering the vagina. This makes the cat defecate through its vagina. This is a condition that she was likely born with. Additional diagnostics and treatment would be needed to correct this condition. Treatment may include surgery with a specialist, diet changes, and oral medications.
