　　Jasper just does not make a great first impression, which is too bad, because he is a terrific cat. New environments are very scary for him, so he will need a place to hide and lots of TLC to feel safe in his new home. But with very slow gentle handling for week or two, you will see this frog turn into a prince! Once he is comfortable, his full personality comes out. He is very affectionate, playful and loves attention. He really enjoys being petted & brushed. He rolls over for belly rubs and to make sure you did not miss a spot. He will follow & rub against you to get your attention. He loves noisy balls & dangly toys and has no problem getting extra toys out of a drawer so he has more to play with.

　　Jasper was fostered for 3 weeks. The difference between week 1 and week 3 were amazing. So if you have patience to let him go at his pace in the beginning, you will be rewarded with a very affectionate wonderful pet that will adore you.

　　He would do best in a quiet home, perhaps with older children. He was raised with other cats and I am sure he would like a playmate, but he is not too sure of dogs, so perhaps with very slow introduction on a dog that is not pushy.

　　Give him a chance and lots of love and you will have your forever pet.
