　　Buttons is quite confused about the turn of events in her life. She was originally adopted as a 5 month old kitten from PAWS of Coronado back in December 2012 to a military family. The family then brought Pearl home as a feline companion to Buttons about six months ago. But then, when the family was recently scheduled to move, they relinquished both cats to the Coronado Animal Care Facility and neither cat can understand why. Buttons is trying not to let her circumstances get her down and is using her charming personality to make the best of things. At just a year and a half years old, she is still very playful and enjoys the company of people and other cats. She is the more confident of the two cats and is making himself at home at the facility while she waits for her new family to come discover her.
