　　Exterior: 2-Axle, 32 FT x 8 FT, Exterior Shines and looks nice! 　　Entry: Easy to open door with separate screen door and a three step entry. To the left of entry are switches for an Onboard Vacuum System, Fantastic Fan Wall Thermostat Control, Slide Out Room Switches and Fire Extinguisher. When you first enter you are blown away with the open floor plan and immediate beauty of this Fifth Wheel.

　　Kitchen Area: Kitchen features nice laminate flooring that looks like a texture neutral color tile it is in great condition. The Cherry Cabinets and Dark Gray Corian Counter Top look so beautiful. The modern single stainless sink has a window directly behind it that has blinds. Below Sink a large double door cabinet and below stove three pull out drawers, one cabinet with two sliding racks for storage inside. Above Sink two large cabinets and above the Convection Microwave one double door cabinet. Kitchen features a two burner gas stove with matching counter top cover, Sharp Carousal Convection Oven Microwave and Two Way Gas & Electric Black Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer. Two Outlets on back wall of kitchen.

　　Dining Area: Dining area includes a leather sofa seat with comfy cushions and table that can be easily put up or removed. Window behind sofa with decorative valance and cloth pull down blinds. Two decorative light fixtures on wall on each side of window. Above dining area three sets of double door cabinets. Dining Area and Kitchen are part of a Large Slide Out that makes a lot of space.

　　Living Area: The Living Area is directly across from dining area and with the dining table down it really just extends how big this living area is. It features a large U shaped leather sofa that can be turned into a bed. Sofa in great shape. It also has two circle shaped matching leather ottomans with removable tops for additional storage inside them. Behind Sofa two windows both with decorative valance and pull down cloth blinds. On each side of sofa also two smaller windows with cloth pull down blinds and decorative valance. Mounted between large windows is a decorative light fixture on wall also above to smaller silver lights. Storage above large sofa four sets of double cabinets. This area is all part of another slide out and makes for a huge living space. On the back wall an entertainment stand with mounted Samsung Flat Screen TV below large double door cabinet, two shelves and small single door cabinet. Next to TV is a back window with decorative valance and pull down cloth blinds. Directly above this back wall is even more storage with five cabinets. A lot of built in lighting on ceiling but also two skylights that let in a lot of natural light. An Air Condition Unit on Ceiling and Vents. The flooring is carpet a light tan in great condition.

　　Bathroom: Two steps lead up to the bathroom area that leads to a privacy wood sliding door that can be closed or opened. Beautiful wood like flooring, enclosed shower with skylight, mirrored medicine cabinet, single stainless steel sink, silver faucet, outlet behind and three cool overhead small lights. Private Enclosed Lavvy with Dometic Toilet, TP Holder, Window, Storage cabinet above toilet one side contains breaker box and vent on ceiling. Nice bathroom includes another pull out privacy screen going towards bedroom.

　　Bedroom: Wow what a nice place to relax! Queen Sized Bed with the mattress included. Built in wood night stand with three pull out drawers below and a window with decorative valance and pull down cloth blinds. Queen Sized Bed has cushioned headboard and two small lights above. Bed is part of Slide Out making this a big comfy room. Double Door Mirrored Closet and built in long table and built in dresser with two drawers below it and one laundry pull out drawer. Above dresser outlet, phone jack, lights, one double door cabinet and one single door. Mounted Samsung Flat Screen TV in front of bed. Behind TV a window with Decorative valance and cloth pull down blinds.
