DOLLY's story

　　My name is DOLLY -- love me and Ill love you back!!!

　　A few short weeks ago, a really nice gentleman helped me find safety. As a stray pup in the neighborhood, I was roaming the streets for a bit and my owner was never found. I got real lucky and rescued by a nice lady. My foster mommy took me into her home and I went off to the vet right away. I got a complete health check over. The doc says I am in superior health and physical shape, and I have immaculate white teeth (no bad breath). While I was at the vet, I got all my vaccinations and spayed too!

　　Let me tell you more about myself, I am one very happy & affectionate girly and nick-named Wiggles as my tail is non-stop wagging with complete joy! I am a beautiful white (with a couple of red spots), bull-doggie mix, about three years old, spayed, micro-chipped, and weigh a slim-trim sixty-two pounds. Also, I am house-broken and doggie-door trained.

　　WHAT I LIKE:

　　Going on walks & hikes, and I wont drag you on the leash.

　　Playing with my tennis ball and I wont drive you crazy with fetch and return.

　　Enjoy car rides and will behave nicely in the car nor will I get car-sick.

　　Body and belly rubs

　　makes me so happy!

　　Will play independently with my stuffed toys.

　　Lots of lovin and being close.

　　To be the only pet in the home and enjoy all the attention to myself. Other critters dont seem to bother me, but I am not much to

　　share my toys.

　　I like children, they entertain me and I am good with them.

　　I am great in my crate during your absence, will rest peacefully and quietly

　　not a big barker.

　　I like activities in the house, please let me watch and participate.

　　WHAT I DONT LIKE:

　　Loud noises and vacuum cleaners.

　　Baths are not my favorite, but I can tolerate them per my groomer.

　　Being yelled at

　　I know the word no so I dont need to be yelled at.

　　WHAT I DO:

　　I love you back, respect, and appreciate you.

　　I can sit for a treat and will be eager to learn more commands.

　　I am a deep sleeper and often whisper sweet nothings in my sleep

　　LOL.

　　I use the doggie door and am house-broken.

　　I love to keep you company and will enjoy being your couch buddy.

　　I will curl up in my kennel with a big comfy blanket and will wait patiently for your return. Give me a chew bone so I am busy

　　and wont feel lonely.

　　I am not a big barker but yet I can alert you to a stranger.

　　WHAT I NEED:

　　A house with a nice grassy back yard to run and play in, no apartments please.

　　Lots of lovin & attention, and I will love you back.

　　A family that can give me some exercise to keep me in the excellent shape I am in.

　　Now, I cant promise you Ill never get into mischief (after all, I am a dog), but you should know I dont drool, I am good with kids of all shapes and sizes, and not much of a barker. Too good to be true? Thanks, I appreciate that, but doggone, I really want to find my forever home. And I prefer to have all the human attention to myself, so no other pets will be best.

　　I only ask that you love and take good care of me. I do like to play so a secure yard would be best. Sorry, an apartment wouldnt work. Oh, and I wouldnt turn my nose up at an occasional trip to the Golden Arches for a plain burger once in a while. Like I said, after all, I am a dog.
