This rare Dollhouse was bought from Barbara's Mini World in Camp Hill, PA in 1976 or 1977. The doll-house was hand constructed by Ray Grandon who was showcased in "Building masterpieces in miniature" by Joseph Daniel by Stackpole.

　　The doll-house was completed on the outside and a couple of wires had been run for the beginning of interior lighting otherwise the interior is not finished. The windows and doors open and close.

　　A dollhouse replica was built and auctioned for the Art Association of Harrisburg of the John Harris and offered for $25k by the same contractor.

　　There are extra shingles and railings for the doll house. Measurements of the doll house will be included quickly.
