Brand new, used for a total of 10 hours during airline transportation. This crate measures 30x40x27 (hlw) and is the biggest airline approved crate that Alaska Airlines will accept. It is gray in color and comes with a water bowl that attaches to the door. Fit my Lab just fine, would accept bigger dogs as well. Call me or reply
