Very hard to find 18' size class C motorhome. Sleeps 6. I have owned it for a few years now, and practically restored everything, as I was planning on keeping it. It turns out that it's perfect for a weekend or even a week, but we sometimes go for 2 weeks or more, and it's just not big enough to haul everything we bring.
I have had the cushions redone (new firm foam), dual solar panels on the roof and aux. plug for additional directional panel. New storage batteries, tires, roof coating, curtains, Almost new Norcold Fridge with huge freezer, compact suburban heater (heat and fridge are both auto light) New rear gas tank (set up as fueling station with pump for boat or atv fuel), Doubled the water tank size and it's like new with new pump, Coleman AC unit, Upgraded propane tank system, New wiring and fuse panel, LED lights throughout to save battery life (batteries never go below 90%) We never use a generator.
This is a 1974 RV and it does have some dents, dings and damage here and there, but doesn't leak and everything works! It's fully self contained, and ready to go. Like I said, I was restoring it to keep forever.
If you think you don't want the solar stuff and batteries, I can reduce the price $500.
