My story
This little boy is super happy to be off the streets and healthy. Dobby needs to find a home where he can be the center of attention. He is a young playful kitten and will need to be adopted into a home with another playful animal. He is super loving and affectionate and loves pets!Along with 9 other kittens and 12 adult cats, Dobby was living in a yard filled with trash and junk in El Monte, CA. He and his siblings were all incredibly sick with upper respiratory infections. They were rescued by 2 amazing volunteers from Stray Paws Animal Haven, taken in for immediate medical support, spayed and neutered and socialized.Dobby is currently decompressing in a foster home. He was brought to the home along with some of his colony mates on Oct 29th. He has corneal scaring on his eye as you can see. This impairs his vision in that eye and will not heal, but does not cause him any pain. It is a result from the upper respiratory infection he had when we rescued him. We think he is just perfect and obviously beautiful. We estimate Dobby was born around Aug 14th 2021.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Dobby, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
