Dixie is such a loveable puppy. She has so much life and absolutely loves friends. She does great with people, dogs, and cats. Dixie is leash and crate trained. She sleeps throughout the night in her crate without any problems. She also rides well in a car. She is working on house training and progressing very well. She is a very quick learner. Dixie is moderately active. She enjoys playing, napping, and just hanging out with you. She is very enthused by treats, tennis balls, and long walks.

　　Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.

　　NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.

　　If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement!

　　ADOPTION FEE: Unless otherwise stated in the pets bio, our standard adoption fee is $350.00, which covers age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, heartworm test/preventative, microchip, and health certificate.

　　We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
