Diamond! *Los Angeles*'s story

　　Diamond is a 5-6 year old, 6.80 oz spayed female Chihuahua / Mini Pincher! Just look at her petite frame and sweet chestnut eyes. She is looking for a foster or a foster to adopt so she can have her forever home in NYC! She flies in from Los Angeles later this week (of April 23rd) . We give fosters first priority to adopt.

　　Diamond is very sweet and so mini you can hold her easily with one hand. She is house-broken to go outside. She is easy to handle and loves to be close to her humans, she is a big cuddle bug. Shes a shy dame because she was just recently surrendered to the shelter, so she needs a little TLC and has separation anxiety because she is heartbroken. She was quiet and a non-barker at the shelter, but recently started to whine when her human is not near. She needs to feel safe and secure again, she could really benefit from the security of crate training.

　　Diamond gets along with dogs and cats.

　　Diamond is up to date on shots, spayed and microchipped.

　　Diamond was rescued in LA as part of our Waggy West rescue mission to bring At Risk dogs, one by one to NYC for adoption! We are always looking for volunteer chaperones to bring at risk dogs like him with them on their next LA-NYC flight, we pay the dog's ticket and provide a carrier!
